NET Zero ICONIC Home

The Net Zero ICONIC Home has sparked an ongoing movement to embrace sustainability in all aspects of design, development, and every day living. The Cosan Studio team collaborated with AFT Construction, Construction Instruction, ICONIC Life, and K&Q Interiors to design a beautiful, zero-energy home.

A net-zero home is one-of-a-kind in that it produces as much renewable energy as it consumes each year. By ideally positioning the home on the lot to enjoy views of the surrounding desert landscape and utilize natural daylighting, the home is designed to efficiently manage inside temperatures while expending minimal energy. Design features also facilitate water conservation and air purification, making this a truly sustainable home. In addition, the furnishings and products throughout the home are all natural and sustainable—including the art installation by Refashioned Art’s Laura Madden.
