Upon recognizing the success of their first restaurant, Calistro California Bistro, the owner requested a second layout for Calistro at Hilton Village. Similar design strategies were used to create a fun, inviting atmosphere. The signature back bar has LED-lit floating shelves and a wine wall separating the dining area and the bar.
