Corehouse was designed to meet HERS 30, the thermal massing on the exterior walls allows the home to be placed in any orientation without losing any efficiency. The exterior walls can also be clad in any material. With the use of Solar, the home can easily reach Net-Zero. The Corehouse was designed for small infill lots with the ability for the end-user to customize the home and make it unique to their style.
